B-FIT For Kids Ages 5-10:
This class is all about having fun, increasing coordination, reaching goals, and building self-esteem. We use gymnastic equipment (bars, beams etc) as well as gym games, rope climbing and the rock wall to achieve greatness! We recommend you register for 2 weekly classes of b-fit if you are not taking any other tumbling or dance class at our school to reach your b-fit goals. Class is one hour weekly for only $22.50 per month.
What type of floor is used in our studios?
Our tumbling studio has 3” dense foam to ensure our tumblers have the padding and support needed for their tricks. This thick 3” foam absorbs the shock of the cartwheels, backhand springs and other tricks to help avoid injury and strain upon the body. We cover every square inch of our 30x30 studio with this special floor.
Each of our dance studios has a state of the art professional dance floor. This floating dance floor rests on a system of high density foam to absorb the shock and impact of regular dance movement. This benefits students by reducing fatigue and preventing injury that can result from dancing on improper surfaces.
